I grew up on the Mobile and Baldwin County Alabama Gulf Coast. I attended Grammer and High School in Mobile, Alabama and I received a BA degree from Troy University in Troy, Alabama.

I am a Real Estate Professional with 40 plus years of experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate.  My experience history also includes executive lending duties in commercial banking; concentrating in construction and development loans for residential and commercial projects with a major Southeastern Bank. I also have originated permanent mortgage loans for National wholesale lenders.

The purpose of Bo's Blog is to leverage my 40 plus years of real estate / lending experience into a body of work providing timely and useful information concerning real estate and other connected topics. My hope is to arm my clients and non-clients alike with the tools and information required to accomplish their real estate purchasing and investing goals.
