Over 35 years ago, I began a career in commercial banking and achieved the position of Senior Vice President, specializing in real estate loans for residential purchase, construction and land development. I have since been retired from "Corporate America", however from this experience I continue to use my skills through real estate sales, property management and loan origination. I have helped hundreds of people achieve their dream of home ownership and I presently focus on residential loan origination, including Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans. I have a real estate broker license and I am in the unique position to know the local Alabama Gulf Coast real estate market as I have been a life long resident.
